The accommodation was beautiful and fairly clean. Everything was great here, loved it. It was located in a busy area adjacent to a ferry, the cliff, and a short walk into town.

For the value we paid, Gabbiano Apartments exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had stunning views of the caldera. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the center of town but still peaceful and quiet. Katerina, the host, was incredibly friendly and professional, providing top-notch service throughout our stay. We felt like we had our own luxury apartment in Greece with all the amenities of a hotel.

The breakfast menu could be improved with the addition of sun loungers instead of deckchairs.

The optional breakfast offered the best value in town, and the ease of walking to the top of the hill was a huge plus. The heated pool and sunset views were jaw-dropping, and after exploring the island, we realized there was nowhere else we needed to go. The size of the apartment was fantastic, and the daily cleaning service was thorough. Irena, the manager, went above and beyond to assist us with taxis, restaurant bookings, and even a boat trip. The property's location just outside of town allowed us to avoid the tourist crowds, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Though the price may seem high, it is well worth it for the best sunset views in Santorini. Irini's exceptional hospitality left a lasting impression, and we will definitely return to this mind-blowing place if we come back to Santorini.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had an amazing stay at Gabbiano Traditional Cave Houses! The views of the caldera from the pool and balcony were stunning. The location was perfect, just a quick 5 minute walk to the Main Street and supermarket. The hotel was clean and tidy, with daily service for clean towels and bedding. Irini at the reception was incredibly helpful and provided us with a great map and recommendations for our stay. Great value for money. Can't wait to come back!
